This is where your organisation’s underlying information and structure is recorded:

• Employer details - including address and telephone numbers, HMRC references and NHS Pensions Agency reference. 

• Practice details - including NHS National code, bank details, practice sick pay plans and annual leave entitlement period.

• Partners’ details - including qualifications, membership of defence organisation and other professional bodies, GMC registration details, other – user-definable – local and national codes and references, and session patterns.

• Partnership details - including whole time equivalent number of sessions and holiday allowances, number of weeks of Partners’ sickness/maternity absence until Partners become responsible for locum costs.

• Workplace details for any Branch Surgeries or additional sites.
